The customer contacted Good Sam Extended Service Plan with a desire for the list of specific maintenance requirements. Due to the scope of our coverage requirements/limitations, a full list is not plausible. Good Sam ESP does not have house a list of specific maintenance requirements due to covering...

hundreds of variations of parts and RVs. Most manufacturers inform the RVer in the owner's manual of the specific maintenance requirements. Good Sam ESP does not require proof of maintenance on anything except wheel bearings and generators on a Travel Trailer.

We apologize for not having the warranty cancelled out as soon as the member purchased the new unit on May 31, 2014. We will contact our administrator and have them work up what the refund amount would have been as of that cancellation date and we will contact the member directly to process this...
