Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First, the delivery of the trailer was on December 3rdMy complain was made on December 30, day later for which I have phone records showing calling both the sales rep and the business callsThe reason the Sales rep was the original person called was that during the sales process he stated if "there were any problems to just give him a call" for which I didthe reason I did not talk to the management or owner is because he stated he would talk to the owner about my issue and let me knowlater when the salesman called me back he said that he talk to the owner and stated "sounds like back luck" and that it would not be covered and essentially he would not stand behind what was told to me during the sale of trailerAt that time I was not making any progress with the sales and would not be possible to talk to his manager or the owner as he "already talked to him"At that time I posted review on different outlets hoping to get a response and the ability to talk with himall that I got was a response to my reviewGood Sense RV and Motors We apologize for the misunderstandingWe do check appliances, electrical, and plumbing as part of our inspection on our pre-owned rvsWe also at the time of purchase go over the unit before our customers take delivery to make sure everything is in working orderWe do guarantee our units for weeks after the purchase however anything past that time would be covered under an extended warranty if our customers purchase oneAgain apologies for the misunderstanding.This response has a time stampDecember 31, at 2:42pm This can be found on the Facebook page of the companyI there(thinking it was owner/manager) I explained my situation and no response was receiving Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

The customer puchased the unit and we guaranteed appliances, plumbing, and electrical He called us more than days after delivery and said a cable broke on the slide out This is not warrantied Neither management nor the owner was ever in contact with the customer to even have
the opportunity to see what the problem was He called and talked to his sales rep and he advised him it was not covered That was the end of the conversation Tell us why here
