We received a mail from Revdex.com about a customer complaining that our restaurant did not leave the food that they ordered and we charged them at the same time... We want to respond that we did not leave the food due to the fact that she did not open her door after many times of knocking and calling......

Our driver waited in the cold for 30 minutes and the customer did not open the door instead she called our restraunt and start cursing and yelling at us for knocking on her door! We could have just left the food there and came back but it was a cold day and we were afraid that the food would be cold if we left it outside... Furthermore, we were worried that something might have happened to her inside the house since no one opened the door and that day when she called us, she sounded very sick so we were very worried. In addition, we did not knock on anyone's door but her door so I do not understand why she complained that we were disturbing the neighbors... Even the neighbors kindly came out and help us call her since they saw that we waited for so long... She didn't even apologize but just start yelling at us when she called us...WE WERE VERY UPSET by her action... So then our driver took the food back to the restaurant and we canceled the charge for the food from her credit card.. But now she is saying that we charged her and at the same time we did not give her the food... WE were waiting for her to open her door inorder to give her the order and now she is saying we didn't give her the food when she didn't open the door!!!!We even have the proof and the receipt regrading the price of the food was cancelled from her card.We did not charge one single penny for the food and we even returned the money to her card right after our driver came back with the food. this costumer was being rude over the phone when she was the one who didn't open the door...and for the last time we did not charge anyth ing so I do not understand why the customer said we charged her... If she doesn't believe us we can send her the receipt stating the price was cancelled from the card she gave us... We are very loyal to our customers and and we are very honest with our business as well...We hope she understand that we did not charge her anything and hope she doesn't disturb our business in the future...

Review: I ASKED THE RESTAURANT...AFTER PAYING EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE TIP TO JUST KNOCK 3 TIMES AND LEAVE THE FOOD; AS I HAVE WITH MANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS...THIS DELIVERY PERSON WENT NUTS...HE STARTED KNOCKING ON MY NEIGHBORS DOORS; SOME OF WHOM ARE ILL WITH [redacted]...THE DELIVERY PERSON ACTED ACTUALLY...CRAZY...I WORK FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND KNOW THIS GAL WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS A BIT NUTS...DIDN'T WANT TO GET HER IN TROUBLE..LONG STORY SHORT...AFTER ALL THE LOONISY,,,I RECEIVED NO FOOD AND MY CHARGE CARD WAS CHARED $30.36...THEY ARE VERY STRANGE...BUT THEY CAN'T GET AWAY WITH THIS...NOT AT ALL...IF THIS IS NOT RECTIFIED, I WILL TAKE THE TO COURT.Desired Settlement: SHE WAS PRETTY CRAZY ON THE PHONE,,,AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THE DELIVERY PERSON SPOKE ENGLISH...IT WAS QUITE UPSETTING.
