Our experience in 2012 was very similar to that described by the customer above. Terrible packing job, goods "lost" in transit, late delivery, demanded additional thousands of dollars when the truck finally arrived, many items (including very sturdy good furniture) gouged and otherwise damaged. Never responded in writing to damages claim, never paid a penny. Waited weeks and weeks for a call back, until I revealed I am an attorney. Still nothing but empty promises. The owner has also told me that the business closed, which doesn't surprise me, as it is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with, and I have lived in 10 states, moving every few years for the past 30 years. I wouldn't be surprised at all to find this jackwad doing business under a different name. AWFUL experience. Our blood boils just thinking about how badly we were fleeced.
If I can keep just one customer from using this company, I will feel that we're even. They should never receive a penny from anyone.
