Review: We sent a brand new computer over in September 2014 to have [redacted] downgraded to [redacted] so it will work on our dealership system. After months of calling an waiting, we found out that it has crashed an was sent to HP for repairs, sent back to Alphaboot and now [redacted] has said that after 6 months it will not turn on and it is not his fault, that computers die all the time. My response was that it was a new unit, never used and now we are out of the money we spent and have a fried computer. after 2 phone calls and being hung up twice, I am not happy with his business ethics.Desired Settlement: for him to replace me a computer of equal or greater value or refund me the price of a new computer.
