Review: I ordered a unity candle for my wedding from this company on the [redacted] June, 2013 and paid 99 USD for the item inclusive of the cost of International Shipping. I wrote the company on the [redacted] June, 2013 to find out how soon I should receive my order and the company informed that it usually took 3-5 days to process the order and a further 4-6 days for shipping which means that I should have received the item by the [redacted]. In my request however I had asked for the itme to be submitted by the [redacted] the company wrote and informed me that my order was placed on hold since I had requested the item for the [redacted]. I informed the Company that it was ok because we had postponed the wedding till the [redacted] since some of my fiance's family members could only make it the following week so that I wanted the item for the [redacted] instead. The Company then informed me that I would not receive the candle in time for the [redacted] and offered me another unity candle instead. I wrote and informed the company that I did not want any other unity candle and that I wanted a full refund of my money since I did not receive the service for which I had paid, this last correspondence was made on the [redacted] June, 2013. I have not heard anything since then from the company even though I had written a number of emails to the company within a short space of time from speaking to [redacted], who was the person dealing with my complaint. He never responded to my request for a refund and this is a highly distressing circumstance since I need my money in order to purchase the unity candle in my own country in Trinidad and Tobago. I am therefore asking that the Revdex.com make some attempt to deal with this matter since I believe that the company is operating under fraudulent meansDesired Settlement: I would like the company to give me a full refund of all monies owing to me in the sum of 99.45USD since I have not received the service for which I have paid and since it would be fraudulent not to refund my money seeing that they do not have the unity candle available for me.
