Hello my name is *** *** Owner of Good Time Music. *** Did in fact get ahold of *** *** Whom is my son and hired Good Time Music To DJ her Special Day in which we sent her out a contract which she signed and sent back to us with a list of her specialty music I *** *** put all
of ***'s Specialty music together*** and I talked back and forth on many occasions and yes I told her that all was set and that it was difficult to find many of her specialty songs in which I did find them allwhen I told *** this she said she had them all on her phone if I could not find them and said I could play them from her phone in which at that time I told her I was all set and had all of the music. I did tell her I use *** in which I indeed doWhen it came to play her Father/ Daughter Dance I started to play the song *** By *** in which she stopped me and asked what the song was, my response was *** By *** and at that time she said well it's not the right versionThis is when she went and grabbed her phone and I preceded to play the version she hadIt was never specified that there was more than one version.The table songs that she referenced were on the specialty music and when I got to the second table the song was wrongAt that time I looked around at the other tables and noticed that they were all wrong so I went back and changed the songs for the rest of the tables.I never once complained to any of her guest about buying musicAt every gig I have held I buy music and yes it is all bought from ***. I should not have to give a refund because I held up to all of my terms that were specified.I also have all of the paper trail

[While *** is correct in stating that I asked him what the song was and he said *** by *** I never once said it was the wrong version I flat out said it was the wrong songHe was then going to settle by getting *** by *** *** something I don't even know so I went to retrieve my phone and the song I wanted to useFor all I know there are more than one version of the song all I do know is the one he had wasn't what I wanted and it hadn't been cleared with me ahead of scheduleThe same instance happened with my now husband but him and his mom just went with it rather than stop and try something new. Mad for the table songs not one of them was played correctly from song one to the very endIn fact *** *** was both a table song and requested by wedding guests and never played at all*** *** ** *** by *** *** was played twice and I couldn't even tell you how badly messed up and confused the situation wasI provided documentation to *** with the e-mail address *** on Nov4th One of those attached files was our first dance as husband and wife where the ***'s phone goes off in the middleThis happened during the ceremony as well as other times throughout the reception We'd paid for a service until 10pm but left and let him go at 8pm because of how badly it was and all our guests had leftAll of the special request songs that we requested were played after guests had left and didnt bring moments to celebrate like we'd likedAs for complaining about him buying songs my husband asked for something and told him which song to pick and he argued about what version was more popular and my dad asked for songs and he'd be like I have to buy thatI've never seen a DJ who doesn't have a mass library of music ahead of timeFrom start to finish it was a disaster and he kept coming up to talk to us while we were talking to friends and family rather than doing his own thingSome of it was to apologize other parts were to ask questions or make commentsWe have multiple wedding guests and event staff that can express their unhappiness for us when it comes to how poorly executed this wasI really wish I would have fired him when he messed up the wedding ceremony rather than letting it escalate into the recetiption ]
