Good Afternoon,There is no dispute that my bus had a mechanical failure. The rest of what is in this complaint is a fabricated lie. The bus is not parked on a farm and does not smell of manure. The bus did not aby one in it before so it was clean. The mechanical issue would not allow the bus to hold...

air so it would not allow the air brakes to release allo the a/c to turn on. Being that it is a coach bus the windows are only allowed to open for emergency situations. The bus was also not 15 minutes late. I did send theme there $100 deposit back and they said they did not receive it. I have sent it out to them again. Most company's take 30-60 days for any sort of refund. I own 10 buses and make sure they are legal and safe. I am a small business owner doing all of this on my own. I understand her frustration although I get calls all the time where buses do not show up or break down or overbooked and try help them all out. Until this is had 51 five star reviews on Facebook and 3 four star reviews. I average over 300 runs per year and only have 3-5 issues that is a great track record based on over 15 years of service not to mention I have never had a complaint through the Revdex.com.
