Hi ***, We sincerely apologize that you had an issue with our dealership Your salesperson, John G***, was originally working with you on the pre owned Tacoma that we have here at the Toyota dealership At some point he then began a conversation with you about the Tacoma
that was located in Indianapolis at our Nissan store This is where the problem began He was quoted a price by the manager there and inadvertently quoted the wrong price to you It truly was an honest mistake and he was only trying to find something that would work for you He corrected the price once he realized his mistake but unfortunately at that point he had already disappointed you Please know this was an honest mistake and not a malicious one as he corrected it prior to you coming to see it so as not to waste your time coming only to change the price upon your arrival I do not have authority to negotiate the price on the truck at the Nissan store but if I can help you out on the red one we have here, I will do all I can to make this right for you Feel free to deal with me directly at your earliest convenience Again, I sincerely apologize and hope that we can find a resolution that shows you that we are honest here Derek M***General ManagerEd Martin Toyota(765)622-

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There has never been any form of concern to complete repairs or any assistance. So yes, we have determined the purposed action is just to move forward legally. This is not the first you have heard of any of these problems. If you wish to go back and forth I will just retain a lawyer and file a claim. The tanks were used for their intended purpose. From the bottom: red-tail boa, Savannah monitor, small tortoise, green iguana, etc. I made it clear that as an animal rescue the dividers were to be utilized on a temporary basis. You stated they could be snapped in and taken out easily, a box turtle pushed them over. Every door is marked beyond repair. Every support area where dividers were to "pop in" are warped under the weight. The metal frames the casters were in ground through our tile floor. I sent pictures with our original complaint showing everything I have stated. This is cut and dry. We are not the first customer to state these facts. Upon research over several different reptile boards the complaints range, from minor to "never use this guys crap". I attached those to original complaint as well.

this is the first I have heard of the wheels for the record they are rated for 250lbs each  so 1000 lbs capacitycages are 20 lbs each so stack of 3 is less than 100 lbs and as stated above these cages are light they cannot crush a wall .-even if you threw them at it . unless you filled them w a garden hose there could not possibly be enough water on your floor to cause damage to your floor from  a small water bowland half of the cost of these cages was heating elements for the record :thermostats .lights and heat panels  and part of it was delivery .the acrylic will only warp under extreme moisture conditions -ive made hundreds of these cages exactly the same and no problems 1/4 acrylic doors.these are reptile cages-not fish tanks-i will not be held responsible for mis use or whatever you have done to these.they are very simple in design and we use all the exact same materials as do all the other manufactures in this field epvc and 1/4 acrylic doorsand the dividers mentioned can be silconed in place or screwed in by the user: your choicethank you mark venhorst

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  There is no offer. I contacted him immediately. The tanks were glued over and over, week after week. The screws had to be grounded down. All of the wheels have collapsed under the weight, the dividers have never worked. I have emails addressing this going back to the week after. The doors have to be repaired again. All of the plex is bowed. There are several others who have posted negative comments online. I have asked him over and over since the beginning to correct the tanks. I paid $4,085.00. They are not worth half that. The floor and walls have to be repaired that were damaged when the tank wheels collapsed and almost went through the wall.
