one month to find this motor with all of the certain requested items. Bus found one with all of the requested items. The one that he found ended up to be to expensive.

Mr. [redacted] did not keep the contract he agreeded to and signed as follows: "I agree to give [redacted] 30 days to locate ** as discussed to live full time. Length 24.6' to no longer than 25'. No damage or leaks. Good engine, tires so I may tow Jeep Liberty 2008 safely behind. No slides or older than 2006 with low milage. A cash down payment of $5,000 this day Jan. 16, 2014. After 30 days being Feb 15, 2014 the cash down payment will be refunded in cash; if no ** to my liking is located or within my price range." a) price range: we discussed I did not want a bad unit & would pay going price. b) sell land: I said; I could easily get a loan with $5,000 down payment with my excellent credit but was going to sell my property to pay it off & live in. c) gave 1 month: contract written for 1 month (so I could get moved in ** and then sell property in summer 2014) but he was given 2 additional months with nothing. d) requested items: no leaks or damage or slides, not larger than 25' or older than 2006, LOW milage these are normal requests. e) Unit he found: found 1unit and it had 38,000 miles which is NOT low milage (price was not an issue). This was the ONLY unit he showed me. In Mr. [redacted]'s response... there was no reference to the "contract" which was not honored, nor finding a unit, nor any refund of cash per contract agreement. He offered NO solutions of any kind.
