This is COMPLETELY untrueThe *** children have worked on several projects, and my company has not taken a percentage of any of that workI have worked daily to submit her INEXPERIENCED children for principal roles, only to have more experienced children to land said roles***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to compaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I gave MsC*** $to represent me as a talent manager The agreement is that you make that money back I never made any of the $and it is illegal in New York State for an agency to take your money to get you acting or modeling work and not give it back to you MsC*** is lying when she said I leaked confidential information There was NEVER any Non Disclosure Agreement or Confidentiality Agreement ever sent or signed and I have the email from the booking to prove it I never admitted to anything and in fact was patronizing MsC*** because she was screaming at me at the top of her lungs like I've never heard a person scream before and was trying to get her to calm down None of this changes the fact that I gave MsC*** $and did not receive any back from her "talent agency" I should've known to never give a talent agency money up front to represent me, as this is the oldest scam in the book My lawyer and I are ready to proceed to the next step if a refund is not issued.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Mrs. C[redacted]'s response is untrue. My complaint references that Mrs. C[redacted] charged a fee for placing my children in back ground roles.  Through central casting we can obt[redacted] the same free work. It is readily available to anyone. As outlined in the original complaint Mrs. C[redacted] listed services that were not provided to my daughters. Resume services Image building Online profile maintenance Coaching Audition preparation Discounted workshops Discounted photo shoots Representation Introductions to agencies Liaison between talent and casting directors Contract negotiations Assistance with SAG-AFTRA Submissions for work in the entertaiment industry Travel planning Child Performer guidance (setting up trusts, obtaining permits, etc.)and a lot more.During the time my daughters license was expired she was not notified and nor did she notify me of any available work. Otherwise I could have obtained the license within 24-48hrs. I reached out to Mrs. C[redacted] about available work because when her team of employs was gone and I had not heard from her company in several months.  she was busy making and directing her independent movie and myself as well as several other clients were concerned about the lack of work. I have ever received notification of open or available work shops, discounted photos, resume building and or SAG acceptance,IMD Online help, image building or any other workshop she was supposedly supplying. In fact she ** Instant messaged where she claimed me asking for the things she was supposed to supply and said I was complaining to her.She is extremely rude and abrasive and makes it appear she is working very hard for my children when in fact this C[redacted] Talent business is only a means to support her other projects and independent films. It is noted by several professionals that once a child is submitted and working background they are automatically not allowed to work principal on the same show for 7 months, so the only thing Mrs. C[redacted] is doing is supply background work.  Acting Management is not supposed to take a fee, which she did $560 a child for booking work. It not allowed under NYS. C[redacted] talent stated they took a fee for all of the other services she was supposed to supply and did not.The photo of my daughters was background work in holding of an indy film. To date the current income of both of my daughters from working background is approx $495 for [redacted] and $520 for [redacted] which they earned from countless hours and several background jobs. That in no way justifies the fee she took for me for lack of services. I am not upset my daughters are not stars this has nothing to do with that. What is does have to do with is Mrs. C[redacted] taking a fee for work she says she does when she does not. Unfortunately my friends and other contacts saw ** posts about my daughters working and reached out to C[redacted] to sign their children. They are also in the same situation as myself and will also be filing a complaint. As none of their children received the services she outlined as well.

"[redacted]" does not deserve a response, considering everything that she wrote is lies. Let's move forward with arbitration.

Let's take this to arbitration so that I can tell the truth.

I paid Candice C[redacted] $500.00 to represent me.  I did not receive any of this money back.  I have consulted with an attorney and this is against the law.  What's right is right and what's fair is fair...there was no NDA agreement of confidentiality ever signed in regards to any project.  My attorney and I look forward to a speedy resolution and the return of the monies that are rightfully mine.  Please give me dates for arbitration in advance so I can make sure my that my lawyer is available to represent my interests.  Thank you.

I am done arguing. All services were provided as listed. [redacted] is wrong, and I am happy to prove so with an arbitrator.

Mrs. C[redacted] is unwilling to prove the services were provided. I am also happy to prove that she is a thief in court as well. I will be filing a claim with an attorney. Buyer beware.
