I am rejecting this response because:there are still issues with this loan All car payments that were made were not applied to the loan, some were applied to parts invoices on various cars owned by meThere was no discussion on car payments being applied to those invoices, If I had known they applied my car payments to that instead of my car I would have made additional payments for those invoicesThere are still some invoices not accounted for according to their statements

I am rejecting this response because: The last response from the business owner was he would TRY to have it removed from my credit. I never received any verification of this nor a return call or letter confirming how it exactly would be removed. Will it be listed as paid or just what. I did however 22 days late receive my 15 day notice. To claim the matter is resolved with me having any knowledge is just another example of the lack of communication. The letter is signed by the same person that at the sale of the vehicle told me credit reporting was optional and also the same person that on day of vehicle return she was going to call me back that same afternoon. So again I ask to be contacted and emailed specifically how the issue will be handled as I have not been contacted regarding any resolution nor have I agreed to any solution. Phone records will verify the return call claim.
