September 7, To Whom It May Concern: We are Good Zone Auto and a customer, [redacted] ( [redacted] -***) brought this car to us for repairsAnother person [redacted] made complaint later and we do not know him and never had any agreement with himWe promised the customer to do a Tune Up to the vehicle and replace the Passenger Side Front StrutWe didn't have the part (passenger side strut) and recommended that the customer buy it himself and bring it to us for install [redacted] bought this part from [redacted] We installed the part and did tune up on the vehicle for price $After the work was done the passenger side front strut was not working properlyThere can be a few reasons for this: • It's possible that it was not a good quality used part (passenger side strut), which he bought from a Junk Yard (usually this used part cost around $450–500, he spend only $200) • Might need to reprogram ECM (engine control modem)We are let him know about this situation and recommended another electric mechanic shop, because we do not have enough equipment to do this type of workWe recommended electric shop “ [redacted] ***”, address: [redacted] ***, Morrisville, PA ***, tel: ###-###-####We asked permition from [redacted] to Tow his vehicle to another shop, he agree it and we Towed it for him Free of ChargeWe did not see any problem here and did all of the work that we promised to out clientSincerely, Manager Sergey P

September 18, 2013To Whom It May Concern:We did repairs on an engine for a 2001 [redacted] from a customer [redacted] on the date: 7/01/2014. We charged him $1000 for a replacement engine (parts: engine & labor). This is a very cheap price compared with other shops (he told another...

shop to give him an estimated price for that job: $2400). We gave him this price (half price from average), because we agreed only to replace the engine. We clearly said to him “... we are not going to guarantee that the check engine light will be fixed...”, because it can be another previous problem with the car: electric, etc... especially for a used 13 year old car. . . . We finished the work I think on 07/19/2014 when he paid. Initially we not promise him it would be done in 3 days, because we have another job also. Also we gave him a car (Free of charge) to drive for any inconveniences 2001 [redacted], VIN#: [redacted] during the time we were repairing his vehicle(it belongs to dealership [redacted] Auto Sales). We can send him an Invoice for the rent-a-car which is easily - $30/per day for all the time he used it. Also we tried to help him: changed a few sensors on the car for FREE, but check engine light was still “on”...because (may be) he brought to us used sensors from junkyard....
Also he asked us to buy for him a cheap reliable car through the dealership, we showed him car on-line on “[redacted]” Auto Auction 2002 [redacted], VIN#: [redacted], he gave approval for purchase of this vehicle, and we Bid the car on the auto auction on-line and bought the car for him. [redacted] planned to pay by credit card, than asked for bank account number to transfer the money to it and never did this. We bought that vehicle for him for price of $570, did delivery $ 250 and he changed his mind... and he is still complaining?? We bought car for him that we were not planning, if we do not buy, we need to pay $500 Relist Fee to “[redacted]” (these are the rules) and service Fee to the dealership. All the work was done in order. We provided our customer with a good repair price and good service (rent vehicle).Sincerely,
