*** *** finally decided to respond to our customer *** *** and has shipped and charged for the jackets In questionThe unprofessional person in all of this was *** *** who owns the company, not usWe were willing to do the transaction for months, since September 2015, as a matter of fact, but she was not responding in a sane and a timely manner and didn't get it together to invoice through any other service that ***No customer should be forced to make a payment through a specific company that he is uncomfortable with A business should be able to invoice through multiple avenuesWhile I think the other complaints that show in the past related to this company are validated trough the incompetence we experienced ourselves with them as well, the transaction is now made and there is nothing more to add to this complaintAs soon as we receive the remaining four jackets from this woman, the complaint can be closed outThe complaint IS WITH MERIT, and it was a nightmare to deal with this person and her business.

which have a list price on my *** shop for $After we had reached an agreement on price and quantity, *** *** continued to request additional discounts When we finally agreed on a price of $for jackets, which represents a price of only $per item (a huge 75% discount!), he then informed me he could not make a payment by *** which is what we had agreed uponHe told me that they were a deceitful organization and he refused to use *** any longer. This is just another example of the many times *** *** and his wife changed the terms of our sales agreementI was unable to invoice in any other way and I told *** *** thatHe took quite some time to consider this and I finally told him by phone that I was unable to work with him No money exchanged hands, no order was placed and this “customer” never did business with my companyIt was a series of email exchanges negotiating a possible saleAs I did not feel comfortable with this person’s commitment to this sale, I chose not to do business with themThey told me they were a charitable organization which is why I offered a huge 75% discountThey never mentioned an auctionIn fact they said they had a client for whom they wanted the jackets I was contacted by the person the jackets were intended for, who told me she could easily pay me through *** and I have honored the agreement made with *** *** and *** *** and sold *** *** *** the jackets for only $1000, zero shipping fees. I am in frequent communication with *** *** and the sale has gone wellThere is no disputed dollar amount or any problem with an order for *** *** *** or *** *** *** as they never placed an order because they would not pay by *** as originally agreedThe jackets ordered by *** *** were shipped to the attention of *** ***/*** *** -so even though I’m not clear on who is the true buyer, I know that there was no real order with the ***/***s as there was no payment methods that were acceptable to them. *** *** was very unprofessional and unfair in what he continued to demand as far as lower prices and refusing to pay by any means other than by direct invoice - which I was clear I could not doThis claim is without meritRegards, *** *** Good2Pets LLc *** ***
