I am rejecting this response because:
The business did not serve my address as it claims.I did send two payments with notes asking the tech to contact us in personThey did not reply to my requestsI called the business and reported it with them twiceThey never spray the house as they shouldI struggled with pests and took manners in my own hands by spraying on my own with store productsI owe nothing to this business they owe me in fact for products I had to buy.They owe me an apology for not responding and for sendkning such irresponsible personnel.MG

usual service is interior on the initial service and then exterior service monthly unless the customer requests the interior. The charge for service is the same weather we do the interior or exterior. I looked through our phone records and we have received no calls from this customer, I would like to know what number she called? We did send her multiple invoices and yet heard nothing from her until we got this email. If she did contact the technician he no longer works for us and she should have called the office. She occurred theses charges over 3 months time and yet never told anyone to my knowledge not to do the service. If she would have called me(at the time) we could have sent the technician back out to do the interior treatment she was requesting. He did treat the exterior so the charge will stand.
