Review: We purchased a Mitsubishi AC/Unit from Goodco Mechanical Inc. and they installed the three units. One of the units has not worked since it was installed. They have come out three times now to repair the unit. The installation was on July 7 and finished on July 8. We have 2 children that have to sleep in that space and are unable to. We have been putting them in other rooms that are cool enough to sleep in. In some cases we have given up our bed for them and slept on the couch.Our payment to them is due on July 29. They came out today and said another board was burned out in the unit. That would make it the third board for this unit. The repairman did not call me and I did not hear from anyone in the office either. We need this resolved as soon as possible. 15 days have passed and we are still waiting on a working unit. This is not acceptable.Desired Settlement: We want the unit up and running.
