As it sometimes goes, I was on a tight budget and, of course, my dryer died. I just made sense to replace both the washer and dryer. I shopped around, and was disappointed to realize I would only be able to acquire a lower end set to stay in my budget. Then I remembered the 'GOOD DEALS' store in Fort Myers. WOW! Because of their amazing pricing, I was able to buy a beautiful Whirlpool washer and dryer with all the bells and whistles and still be within my budget. Also amazing was my sales associate, Brandon! He was impressively knowledgeable, patient, very personable and kind. He even made a home service call, (after hours on his own time) to resolve a minor problem I was having, after the installation. He was amazing! I highly recommend 'GOOD DEALS' . Their pricing and exceptional service are truly genuine!

Purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator 1/3/20. Refrigerator came with doors misaligned, too large in depth, Dishwasher installed incorrectly.

IN DEPTH. SPOKE TO MANAGER, WHO TOLD US WE WERE STUCK WITH OUR PURCHASE.
WOULD LIKE DISHWASHER SPACE CORRECTED, AND REFRIGERATOR
REPLACED. MANAGER REFUSES TO DO SO.

Desired Outcome

WE WOULD LIKE THAT SPACE NEXT TO DISHWASHER TO BE CORRECTED. WE WOULD LIKE THE REFRIGERATOR REPLACED WITH SMALLER DEPTH MODEL AND CORRECTLY ALIGNED DOORS.

management has taken care of this and should be able to remove complaint.

I purchased my third appliance from good deals. The company matched my lower price and gave me a better dishwasher fir the same price. They were very easy to deal with and answered all my questions by phone before I came in to make my purchase.

Defective dishwasher is rusting.
I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher( $499.99 )and a 5 year $149.99 warranty from Good Deal's warranty company "Safeware".. The metal inside of the washer started to rust and the rusted screws were replaced under warranty last year. NOW the screws and some of the metal inside of the washer are rusted again and the paint is coming off. I emailed photos of the dishwasher to the warranty company yesterday and today was told that the rust problem was NOT covered. I'm sure that they don't eat from dishes that have rust on them from THEIR dishwasher. I demand that they replace this defective product.

Desired Outcome

Replace the defective dishwasher.

we understand that Mr. has an extended policy on said appliance. the policy covers mechanical and electrical malfunctions with said washer. the unit is working as it should. his rusting issue are screws outside the dish tub not inside, yes we replaced said screws once before, again not warranty company not covered.
We have spoken with Mr. and informed him that Good Deals is going to replace the outer door
if he retracts the complaint here. at this time the door for his dishwasher is on order.

I will accept their offer - AFTER - the defective dishqwasher door is replaced. I do not understand why - it would take 4 - 6 weeks to order and replace the defective door.

I understand the screws were previously replaced before, so I told Gulf Coast Appliance repair we don't need another complaint about screws so use the best ones available, well taking some time to get them,
the rusted parts are waiting to be installed
I will check on screws, this is crazy

Good Deals replaced the rusty door and screws on my dishwasher
yesterday. Thanks VERY much to the Better Buriness Bureau! and Good Deals.

We rehabbed a home, and our builder used this appliance outlet for our appliances. We have had continuing issues with one appliance in particular.
This year, our builder purchased for us, multiple appliances, one of which is a kitchen aid mini fridge. Since day one, we have had nothing but issues with it. They sent three separate appliance people out, and the last one agreed that we should get a new fridge. This one has a constant buzzing/humming noise. I called the managers at the store repeatedly. They said originally they would not replace item. The original manager was rude and obstinate to me over the phone, and so another manager, Raphael took over. He has failed to communicate not only with me but also with repair men, who showed up over a week ago, without a phone call to me, nor did he have a proper address; he told me he got lost, since he had no phone number for me, he was unable to call. After this person left, I called Raphael to ask him why I did not get a call to tell me the night before at least that this man would be at our home. He had no response. Raphael said they would replace the item, but, this was only due to the fact that I emailed the owner on the stores website. Raphael promised me this item would come in and I would hear from them. I called yesterday(the 14th of June)and asked Megan who also works here, to have him call me. No phone call. He has yet to return any of my calls. I finally got through to another individual this morning, by the name of Mike. He is our builders rep for the store, and he handled this immediately, and told me they would deliver appliance tomorrow and call in advance. I have never experienced such latent disregard for a customer. Not only did we have to fight to have them back their product, but we also had to fight to just have them communicate with us and deliver as promised a working appliance. Horrible management and customer service, both managers here should be let go, if they treat me like this they probably treat multiple others the same.

Desired Outcome

I think it is resolved, but, if they do not deliver the product they promised, then I would like a refund in total, and new appliance install.

I purchased the Whirlpool Gold stainless steel kitchen appliances with an additional 5 year warranty totaling $4500.00 18 months ago. I selected the higher end microwave due to the convection oven and steam features.
I use the steam option quite often to steam vegetables.
I noticed that the interior finish was coming off on the back panel of the appliance.
Upon notifying Good Deals and the warranty company, I was told the issue is not mechanical, and they could not resolve the problem.
I also contacted Whirlpool Customer Service and they referred me back to Good Deals.
I am very disappointed in Good Deals response to this issue! My big concern is the question, is the microwave safe to use?
This is my second kitchen appliance package purchase from Good Deals and have referred many friends to their business!
I now wonder why are their prices lower then the Big Box Stores?
Sears has always stood behind their product!

We spoke with a whirlpool service center and showed a picture of the *** microwave, was explained that the manufactures warranty and Shareware's extended coverage plan both cover mechanical and electrical issues, not cosmetic issues. I was told the finish would of been rubbed or some type of chemical on it for this to bubble or blister and flake off. the warranty is administered by the manufacturer and underwriters of the extended plan not the retail store.
Their concern of being safe to use, it is a sealed metal box with a finish coating the interior. This unit will work the exact same way it did brand new, The microwaves won't leak due to a bubble in the interior finish, there is no hole or breach in the wall.
I'm not sure why Whirlpool would tell Mrs. to get with the retailer when the product was made and warranted by them?
If the *** don't feel comfortable with using their microwave any more we will offer them a replacement and only pay what we pay for the unit.

f I could give a 0 I would. I purchased a washing machine and dryer- stackable- It was delivered and 2 days later the vent turned black. Upon calling the store they sent out a service man. Although I wasn't there my manager was... The service man insisted that the black burn marks on the back of my dryer was " normal" .
When I went back to my condo - the dryer vent was put in backwards the guy broke the lip of the washing machine and I called about 8 times.
Spoke to both managers and and then the service manager. Nobody has called me back in 3 weeks. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They sent "Gulf Coast Appliances" and intend on sending them again. Maybe by then they will be in court.

Good prices on appliances, but slow to address delivered Mon functional refrigerator.

we were made aware the customer in not making ice the evening of the 20th, our service department reached out to customer next day before noon, had no response, left message, customer was called again next day and was scheduled for today the next available service date. at this time we don't know what is exactly wrong with the customers ice make but is cooling the food and was addressed on the next available service day. don't think anything unusual or un reasonable was done at all??

Serviceman arrived and found no water to ice maker. Upon further investigation it was discovered that installer from Good Deals Appliance had turned the valve off and failed to turn it back on after install9. This mistake caused unnecessary inconvenience to my family.
