the owner, Matthew D, came out to our property to remove several trees and prune and mulch around another treatment. We had a contract in place prior to the beginning of the service in December 2018. the day of the appointment was changed several times. When it was finally performed it was not completed on that day with pruning and mulching of the primary tree left uncompleted. 3 weeks later when the work was still uncompleted I emailed the owner to make sure that it was be done and he said that they would get back to completing the job in the near future. This was on January 8th. several more email attempts were made and he responded segment job would get done this continued until February 26th at which point he said he had pruned but forgot to mulch. He said he would get back to us promptly to complete that portion of the job. By March 18th, no completion of the mulching had occurred and no excuse for this was given. I asked that we be refunded the $*** that we prepaid for the mulching. No response. April 24th - I was able to reach his scheduler with assurances that he would be contacted that day to resolve the issue. No call back. Called again today 5/1/19 asking for update on the refund with no new information or promise of repayment.
