Ordered magazines in May and they charged my card The magazines were never delivered and when you click on their contact information online at Goodiemags
you get a error Tried to contact them by phone in *** *** *** *** **, no answer Have tried to email them no response

We did receive an order via mail from *** ***We received the order on December **, and promptly processed the orderWe sent out the order with the holiday orders in DecemberIt is possible that it became lost in the shuffle of holiday mail with ***We must send via *** because

Review: I placed an order weeks ago and they charged my card within the day yet they refuse to give me tracking information on the order. I have called and no one has answered, sent several e-mails with no answer, I paid but no product was received.Desired Settlement: Either send the product or refund my money.

Review: I ordered 3 magazine on 12/**/15 and it said delivery would be within 3-5 business days. The magazines still have not been received. I tried to email the business on many occasions to get a tracking number or update and I do not get a response. I did try to call a phone number found through a Google search and no one answers. I dont actually want a refund I just want the magazines to be mailed to the receiver.Desired Settlement: That my order is delivered/ mailed out as my funds have already been taken.

Review: I sent a money order to this company to order magazines for someone.the money order number is for 39.94 on december **, 2014I have emailed this company a few times and they never respond.the gift was to [redacted] he has a inmate prison number also but it wont let me enter it here.[redacted]I mailed them a order with the money order. he has not got his magazinesI would like to know when they are going to ship them.or get a refund.[redacted]Desired Settlement: a refund or have the magazines mailed outand I would like a response on this issue
