We did install windows in and did a great jobThat was one of several grants awarded from the City of Rancho CordovaWe didn't hear from her until said one window was leaking in the bedroom side of the houseWhich is really important when mobile homes leak they do so on or at the edge
or sidewallWe sent service tech to inspect leak and did a visual and physical water test by spraying water on the window outside and there was no leakWe went further as to going on top of roof siding checked windows roof and gutter'sRoof was found to tremble rusted causing water to come inside above the roof line causing it to appear to be leaking which was the case in this oneWe suggested to her to have the roof serviced which should be done every 15-years depending weatherHer's was never serviced since years we did a second service call came out and pulled out the window again the second timeJust to confirm it wasn't

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at this time. I understand their concerns and that they have been busy. However, a year is a long time to be dealing with this issue. I keep wondering if it was their homeif things might have been handled differently? I do appreciate Goodie's attitude and that they have always been easy to talk with. We do understandthat some things might take longer to trouble-shoot.

Review: Contractor quoted me a a price of $1895. to replace the toilet floor base, the bathroom floor, and linoleum floor replacement. The repair only required the wooden toilet base and linoleum, however he is refusing to refund the the amount for not replacing the entire bathroom floor. He did not put that repair in the written contract, and only mentioned it verbally, which indicates he knew the floor did not need replacing all along, and was just trying to scam me. I am a 68 year old low income senior, and cannot afford this obvious rip off.Desired Settlement: I would like a $1000 refund.

We feel l that we had an agreed upon price upfront and do not understand where the misunderstanding occurred. We showed up on time did a great job according to our contractural agreement. In addition we do not take advantage of Seniors or scam them. We will be refunding Mr [redacted] his full amount to make him happy.

Asked for a quote, person stated they were not painting yet. I stated that I was not ready until May or June would like someone to please stop by and give me a price time to paint home and repair or replace any dry rot. He asked how many square feet there was, I told him. He said $4,200. He has not looked at the dry rot or condition of my place. He just blew me off. I live in Lakeview Village and I know most of the 300 residents. Will never recommend this business to anyone. Rude, discourteous people.

Review: G & Sons doesn't keep appointments, nor call to reschedule - accept their own coupons that have No expirations dates.

Had an appt. with a coupon, they did not call to let me know they were not coming out. I called and they stated they had the flu (had 49 dollar coupon). Called the following year to schedulde an no one called me back, they will not honor coupon. Waited another year, got a coupon for $149.00, made an appt. called on July 8th (scheduled date) just to verify, they were offer a Huge job and now will NOT be keeping or rescheduling our appt.Desired Settlement: Need them to level as promised years and monts ago. Now that they have a huge job with one of the biggest Mobile Home Parks we are left out just we aren't good enough. Money is their main object.

I left her my direct cell # for her to contact me to set an appointment. I will not miss this appointment and will make good on our coupon. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Review: Goodie & Sons installed a new door for me on 1/20/14. The door was not installed correctly. There is a gap in the door, below the doorknob, where one can see daylight and the installer put a frame of raw, unsanded wood around the door, under which there was a large gap between the siding of the home and the raw wood. Also, I have some problem with the key occasionally, having to lift up on the door to make it work. I have contacted the company via e-mail twice thus far and have had no response. At this point, I have paid a local worker to putty the gap between the siding and door and put on primer. This is only to protect the home from the elements until the installation can be repaired.Desired Settlement: I want the door to be fixed or a refund given.
