Goodie Two Sleeves

Review: I ordered a tee April 14th 2014, and after it arrived I noticed it had a hole in it. I contacted customer service and it took a while for them to get back to me, but I was told they'd replace the tee. It is now 5/9, and the replacement tee has not arrived. They claim they don't have any in stock, yet they are listed on the website as instock and for sale. And on May 2nd, I placed two separate orders for tee shirts. It is now May 9th and I got no update on my order status, despite notification of being charged, so I contact customer service yet again and am told they don't have the size I wanted, again despite the sizes and style being listed as available on the site, and would I like a smaller size in the tee. No, I can't shrink myself to fit a smaller size, I wish I could. I just want the items I ordered and paid for. I think the site has poor business practice to list items as available for sale when they are not available, and to not even bother to notify the customer that they don't have the merchandise they paid for.Desired Settlement: I want the replacement Senor Gato tee I was promised, and I also want the other 2 tees I ordered asap, or a refund for the two that I ordered but didn't get.
