I have been a TruGreen customer for MANY years, now I believe around years They used to be reliable, but have had a severe lack of dependability for several years, now I would estimate that to 15% of your appointments that YOU schedule, no one shows up or even calls me to let me know that you can't get to me that day That's one or two times per season When you call me to inform me of a scheduled service, I make sure that I have cleaned up all the dogs messes in the back yard & unlocked the gates I have physical issues & it is EXTREMELY difficult for me to clean up the dogs messes for you And then, you don't show up I call your office to get them back out & they are gone for the day Then you guys try to reschedule me for several days later I am DONE altering my life to accommodate a company that is so cavalier with my efforts Trugreen did, however, offer to take half off my next application Woop Tee Doo! How insulting! They should have offered it FREE! I have historically liked the job that TruGreen has done on my yard in years past, but they are just NOT worth the hassles that they cause me anymore As Donald Trump would say: YOU'RE FIRED!
I wanted to get an iron treatment for my pin oak. I do this every two years. This year I gave up because, all I kept getting over the phone when I tried to schedule an appointment, were sales pitches to try everything else this business does for lawns. They never do a good job as I used them when I first moved here to the area. I tried to call the person that did the iron treatment two years ago but he never returned my call as I wanted to see if he still works for this outfit. Not sure if he still does. Also, prices from different customer service reps differed. One said $100 and another said $85.
