I contacted Goodies Pizza at [redacted] pm on [redacted] for two calzones, and I was told it would be there 30-40 minutes later. At [redacted] I called back wondering where my food was, and I was told by the lady who took my order that it had not left the store yet. I asked to speak to a [redacted]. When talking to the [redacted] I explained I've been waiting for an hour and wanted the food right away, and he told me that he wasn't sure how long it would be before the food got here. I told him I had been waiting for 20-30 minutes over what I was told and wanted some sort of refund to go along with my food. He told me he does not do that, and that if I was a customer I would know that. I informed him that I was a loyal customer and that it isn't the first time I've had issues with delivery and customer service. He said that my number was not recognized and I told him I could give him my previous one. He then told me if I had issues with them before why do I keep ordering from them. I said that I was giving them another chance, and he said maybe I shouldn't. He was being completely rude on the phone, in which I said I wanted my food within fifteen minutes because it was ridiculous. He kept telling me that he doesn't know when it would be sent out. I had told him that I would contact the Revdex.com because of the bad customer service, and he said "why cause you haven't gotten your food and you want some sort of refund?" He kept telling me he did not know when the food would arrive and hung up. I called back and asked for a [redacted] again and he said that we could act like a two year old later, and hung up. It is now [redacted] and I have not received my food nor was told I would be getting a credit on my acct except when he said he would give me $10 back but no food. The order was $25.68.Product_Or_Service: Two CalzonesDesired SettlementFirst, I would like some sort of apology for the inconvenience and the completely rude attitude from the [redacted]. Secondly, I feel as though I should get credit and or the food that I had ordered and was waiting for but never received,Thirdly, I would like my refund because I should not have to pay for items that were not delivered. Business Response The order was placed by [redacted] at [redacted] pm and when she had called back regarding her order and the time I voided her order was [redacted] about 25-30 minutes after getting off the phone with the customer. I explained to [redacted] that I was have issues with a driver who hadn't come into work yet and I was trying to find someone else to replace there spot I then offered her a 10$ discount so she would only have to pay 15 dollars. She then said to me that I was going to send her [redacted] food for free and now. She was disrespectful and unprofessional on the phone so I did not send her food and voided the order. About 10-15 minutes after I voided the order which was at [redacted] her boyfriend called and one of my employees assured him that the order was voided and the credit card would not be charged. I also would like [redacted] to remove what she posted on Facebook about Goodies and I am giving her 48 hours before my attorney gets involved.I have the void slip and the information regarding the time the order was placed and voided. I do not see anywhere I can send this information so if you would like to have a copy I can send you one in an email.
