I *** do accept at all the response from SS InvestmentsReasons this response cannot be accepted is because on April 5, after the management
of SS invesments got no answer from the door and went into my home without my permission or a hour notice, my room mate *** and I came to an agreement with the Landlord (Linda M***) that she would only charge a deposit of $per dog and she was going to charge only for one dog, MsM*** also had told us when signing the lease that the restriction only apply to Apartments and the home we were renting is a single family homeSS investments also made the statement hat we had two large dogs after the Management clearly saw that one of the dogs was a Bichon Frise which is around pounds in weight and years old and the other was a Lhasa Apso another pound dog of yearsIt doesn't make sense that SS Investments waited a whole month to try a breach of contract, and not to forget a day after the city of Reno red tagged the home,I consider it a form of retaliationI urge that SS Investments shows proofs on all accusations before they make them, my request is all based on facts and paper work I can proofThis is one of my many peaceful attempts to communicate to SS Investments to make it right and be an honest company they claim to be or should be and refund me my deposit as soon as possible and compensate me for the horrible experience I went through due to a problem I was at no fault ofI look forward to meeting and making this right and simple
