Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First, I am not a tenant, I am the homeownerI stuck with CEN TEX because of reputation and they had a history with the propertyI bought the house in August of I wasn't told the trash pump was replaced a few months before, just that previous occupants had not been "gentle" with the Septic SystemI have been trying my best to take care of this aged Septic System, but things happenThey did not answer their phones when I called them my phone records will say soIf they were on Christmas Vacation during that time they should have said so on the answering machineAs far as being an emergency, I would have thought that "Poo-Stew" Water fixing to over-flow my backyard was an emergencyThey could have at least called my back and told me something, my anxiety isn't what it used to be According to [redacted] , my Home Warranty folks, they said they never received anything from CEN TEXI had to call them and talk to, [redacted] , E-Service Support Specialist/Process Improvement, send her a copy of the Work Invoice and she approved the work and reimbursed me most of the moneySo the parts and pump was covered and I don't understand why CEN TEX wants to do business like thisThey "blew me off", and all I'm looking for is for them to admit they where wrong for it and I am not looking for any money from them or anyoneI am just going to have to take my business elsewhere, because their Customer Service skills suck Regards, [redacted] ***

first of all we were off dec.24th to the 26th of dec. we returned to the office on dec 27th which we did return the call and went out to the resident on Dec 27th we have contacted [redacted] and sent them the report via fax we informed the tenant that the insurance company does... not cover there problem they would have to pay for it we deal with [redacted] on a regular basis our homeowners always pay us then [redacted] will reimburse them our company does not give credit to anyone anymore due to lack of people not paying us like they are suppose to we replaced a trash tank pump and alarm float we have had system since 2010 and they have only had to have the pump replaced 03-25-2014 they don't last forever we value all of our customers but our other line is for emergencies only that was not an emergency so we call back the next business day sorry its on Your Insurance company not our company we do answer the phone any time the homeowner calls thanks

I am rejecting this response because: I am following up on a complaint regarding Cen-Tex Aerobic.Cen-tex’s response was not relevant to my complaint.This company DID NOT report repairs in a timely manner The court ultimately dismissed the case due to the fact that they recognized the negligence of Cen-tex Aerobic.They did not address that fact that they yelled at a customer and told me to shut up on multiple occasions Nor did they address the fact that they agreed to pay for any fine I might receive and then acted like they never said it.In the end all I lost was time fortunately and didn’t end up having to pay a $fine and court costs I want it noted that the County Health Department expected them to send proof of repair That they told me on multiple occasions that they would send proofThey did finally send proof, but only after the 2nd court date and by then it was too late I want the record to reflect that once the court received proof of repairs and that I had acted in good faith they dropped the fines in recognition that it was Cen-Tex Aerobic that failed to reportThere was a letter from the county to the Judge in that effect.This company is horribly unprofessional and juvenile in their business.

today 1-26-we spoke to warranty company at 2:to *** they stated they have all of our paperwork they require of us it is up to the Homeowner to send them proof of repair that's what they are waiting for they will not release any money until they get the paperwork I have dealt with *** *** *** for many years I know there policies so I got the e-mail address for warranty company and we as a courtesy will e-mail them the report we also have a work order for tomorrow to go check system one more time we are very easy to get along with and sorry you must have misunderstood the warranty people we like our customers to be happy we will get this solved thanks *** see attachments

Mr [redacted] was told by our office and the bell county public health district they he needed to appear in court the first time we were not aware that he had gotten a second notice which he choose to ignore yet again we never tell any customer to not appear in court and neither does the county this...

could have all been avoided if he would have just answered the summons we did turn our paperwork in all the other reports always get turned in I do apologies for the mess but this could have been avoided if it would have been my fault I would have paid but it is the homeowners responsibility to answer there summons Thanks
