releasing any funds. Once written notice was received the earnest money was placed in the mail to the buyer. We believe, as the check was sent via USPS, the buyer received the return of the earnest money deposit prior to the Revdex.com receiving this response from our company. If the buyer would have indicated he wanted to pick up the check in person, we would have gladly afforded that opportunity.
