I ordered One essential item (Christmas lights), and a few extras - the next day I get an email saying my Christmas Lights were delayed because the extra items were not in stock and they didnt wan't to pay the extra shipping - I called back and gave them an alternative item (a direct replacement) to ship, and they told me it would go out that day or the nextDays later, the items still have not shipped - but this morning I noticed I had been billed a second time (again) for over $- because the replacement item cost cents more - I called to ask about this, and why my order has still not shipped, and was greeted by the owner rudely telling me he has no inventory, he uses the computer to predict volume, that it was his busiest day of the year, and every excuse he could think ofHe then told me he had no previous orders for me, and that as a customer I didn't matterNever again do I wish to talk with anyone from this dim box of bulbs

I ordered three mini candelabra base bulbs 12/1/16. I received an email confirmation of the order but nothing following. I phoned twice including today (12/12) and was told they have not been shipped. I really got the impression that the person answering the phone could have cared less, and that reflects on the company as well. I will think twice about doing business with this company again, and pray that I get the lights which of course I have paid for.
