Mr.? [redacted] ,? We understand that the concrete patch did not meet your full expectations.? We are happy that the leak was detected, located and repaired.? Finding and stopping leaks is what we do best! ? Other plumbing companies rarely/never put back concrete because there is always the chance customers won't approve of the concrete job leaving a hole in the customer's property to be dealt with by someone else? We allow our techs to put the concrete back and patch the hole to our best ability.? This usually saves our clients time and money when un-planned leaks pop up on their home or business.? ? We have a very high success rate with our concrete pour backs? **We did receive the pictures and appreciate you sending them over? ? We also spent several hours with you on the phone discussing your problems with previous home owner? You asked us to hand over previous home owner plumbing bill and report so you could prosecute them in court? We advised you that we could not just hand over other clients information without their express written consent? Thanks for your understanding? ? Resolution: ? To resolve the problem we would pay the $for someone else to come out and match the concrete to your liking? The task of matching the concrete would then be completely out of our hands at that point? The concrete hole in question is about 12" X 24",
