AS WE INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS AGREED UPON
AND THE HOME OWNER CONFUSED THE FURNACE RATINGS
WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER
Where do I start they are never on time, make promises the don't keep. They had me waiting for over 3 hours for a service call. I had to call them and get a lie about them calling me that NEVER HAPPEN. When tell a lie at least make one that can not be validated by caller ID. They waited 3 days to tell me that they need to come back to my house and remove the broke parts to match the to the new 1's. Who runs this place, when I complain the man on the phone hangs up on me. 3 visits to my home and I still have to go with another company. How can they have a A+ rating?
