Since I live in the area I decided to take my Motorhome which has a [redacted] V10 Gas engine in to have a normal service performed, ie; oil change, lube and filter. I was promised that the service would be performed by 2:30 pm but I didn't get out until after 5 pm. They also tried to convince me that I needed the rear end looked at (estimated cost $2000) because when the plug was taken out there was metal shavings on it. (I later called [redacted] and found that this was normal and no service was needed.) I'm out west now and experienced no problem with the rear end. I have had this unit serviced many times before and was never charged more than $40 for 5 qts of oil, grease and oil filter. When I finally was presented the bill it was over $300!!!!! I could not believe it and later wrote to the dealer principals to express my dissatisfaction, but never received even an acknowledgement of my letter. To say the least, I was very disappointed in how I was treated and over charged from a company that depends on customer service to operate.
