RE: Complaint, ID [redacted] The customer call us on 07/12/in refto her 56" [redacted] TV, and ask what is the price of a DLP Chip for her TVask why do you think you need a DLP Chip? She said I know exactly what is wrong whit the TV, I would put the chip in myself but I don't have the timeOn 07/13/the customer call us to repair the TV and want an estimateI told her we do not give estimate on any repair before our technician check the setHowever the TV will have to come to our shop, we do not do that type repair in homeWe brought the 56" [redacted] TV into our shop for diagnostic & estimateI also informed the customer if we complete the repair there would be no charge for pickup / delivery or estimate charge.After complete diagnostic, we call the customer on 07/15/told her the estimate to repair is $plus tax, she did not agree with the estimate and ask us to return her TVI said we can bring your TV back tomorrow 07/16/between 10:AM & 12:noon, she said bring my TV Friday at 1:PM, I said OK we will try however we do not scheduled jobs for exact hour, we give a time frame from to hoursWe were unable to return her TV at the hour she askWe returned her TV to her on Satmorning 07/18/2015.As for dust in TV, we do not clean or vacuum a customer TV unless we are authorize to repair it.The cost of the DLP Chip part # ( [redacted] ) for the 56" [redacted] TV Model: [redacted] is ( $plus shipping and tax) Attach is infodocument for [redacted] part costAlso see attach invoice of the transaction and charge to our customer.We have no desire to refund any money we charge for our serviceAlthough we waved a part of the fee we were entitle to by ($18.80) Please see invoice.Joe G [redacted]

07/13/2015 the customer call us to repair the TV and want an estimate. I told her we do not give estimate on any repair before our technician check the set. However the TV will have to come to our shop, we do not do that type repair in home. We brought the 56" [redacted] TV into our shop for diagnostic & estimate. I also informed the customer if we complete the repair there would be no charge for pickup / delivery or estimate charge.After complete diagnostic, we call the customer on 07/15/2015 told her the estimate to repair is $495.00 plus tax, she did not agree with the estimate and ask us to return her TV. I said we can bring your TV back tomorrow 07/16/2015 between 10:00 AM & 12:00 noon, she said bring my TV Friday at 1:00 PM, I said OK we will try however we do not scheduled jobs for exact hour, we give a time frame from 2 to 3 hours. We were unable to return her TV at the hour she ask.
