Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/05/31) */ [redacted] placed a deposit on said puppy which stated in our contract that she signed it says NO deposits will be refunded and was told when the puppy would be old enough to be picked up which was after the 20th of may and would need a exact date and time in order for me to get a health certificate required by law to cross state lines ,I am a licensed breeder and must go by the laws and rules,I can not let one go without it ,her last words about pick up was we are planning on the 20th of may I said puppy can be picked up after the 20th she a knowledge this ,I never heard another word about the pick up last stated planning the 20th never a confirmation on that date was never advised she was on her way nothing of the sort ,so when I recieved a call on the 19th of coarse I was unaware they were on the way ,the puppy had not been vet checked to let the puppy go out of state,so I advised her this and this was late Friday night vets closed vet not open Saturday so she was advised about this and I could not let the puppy go with a health certificate ,was trying to figure this out and she got very pushy about it and stated she is heading back to TX and will Not be back .then sends a message a few days later wanting to get her money back or an exact date for pickup stated in contract signed by her deposit are NON refundable .and now after speaking to her I do not feel it is a good home for one of our puppies ,she too raises puppies and does Not carry a kennel nor business license .stated in contract word for word she signed I Understand there are No refunds under any circumstance also stated she waived any legal right to take legal action against Goodmans Corgis .I had tried to settle this matter stating I would refund it after the puppy resells but am under no obligation to do this as stated in contract ,she has since continued to harass me by face book comments ,she also stated she does not refund deposits when she sells puppies either ,I have all the messages saved ,she was here before the date the puppy could be picked up and was being very pushy and by law this puppy could not cross state lines without a health certificate therefore I could NOT let the puppy go the day she just showed up with no advance confirmed date

Sir or ma'am we were not ever confirmed a exact pick up date only given a message that said planning on such date never confirmed and never spoken of again until she just showed up one day out of the blue on a Friday night .puppy had not recieved a health certificate Because we never had a confirmed date it is illegal to sell a puppy crossing state lines without a health certificate she knows this it is the same in every state .my vet is closed on Saturdays so no way to get one for her until the following Monday and her words were I want my puppy now or I am leaving back to TX and NOT coming back ,I can not sell a puppy without a health cert .I am licensed in the state of Missouri and I follow rules which she wanted me to break ,and I could not do it ..we had worked out when she would get if any deposit returned and she signed a contract stating no refunds on any deposits and she was not suppose to contact anyone on this is due stated in a contract she signed which I sent you a copy of .she was not to contact me other than text or email and she has broken our contract on that also by talking on Facebook in regards to some of my post ,Thank you [redacted]
