October 6, Re: Id# [redacted] / [redacted] Ms [redacted] came into the office, completed an application on 8/5/2014, she submitted payment for an application fee and application deposit On 8/6/2014, Ms [redacted] called back to withdraw, said she no longer wanted the apartment she had found another apartment Per the contemplated lease/rental application that Ms [redacted] signed, it states "if you withdraw before approval: You and any co-applicants may not withdraw your application or the application deposit If before signing the lease contract, you or any co-applicant withdraws an application or notifies us that you've changed your mind about renting the dwelling unit, we'll be entitled to retain all application deposits as liquidated damages, and the parties will then have no further obligation to each other" This was explained to Ms*** Please let me know if you need any further information [redacted] Admin Sec
