My credit card was triple charged on November 21, 2013. I have attempted to contact the manager for two weeks and have they have not replied. On November 19, 2013 I purchased $32.33 worth of food and drink at Goodnight's Comedy Club. At the end of the evening, I left the waitress a $5 bringing my total to $37.33. On November 21, 2013, charges from Goodnights Comdy Club were posted to my account and there were three altogether. One for $32.33, another for $32.33 and a third charge of $37.33. That same afternoon (November 21) I called Goodnights Comedy Club (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and spoke with a receptionist about the matter. He took down my information and said he would pass it along to management. I have called every other day since November 21st and have not been allowed to speak to any management. No one from Goodnights Comedy club has attempted to contacted me. Desired SettlementI am asking for that the incorrect two charges of $32.33 (totaling $64.66) be refunded to my credit card.

Horrible Customer Service! Ignored by Management and owners!On November 7, 2014, my girlfriends and I decided to have a girls night and go to the comedy club. We have all been there before in the past and always enjoyed it. It was very crowded to the point where it was ridiculous. We were sat at a high top table and the people in front of us were so close that his head was about an inch from my friends knee. We ordered appetizers and some drinks. We were eating them when a young usher came over and told us to keep it down and scurried away. We were all in shock! What in the world was he talking about? We were not even loud. That ruined our evening and we left without seeing the comedian but for 10 minutes maybe. We tried talking to the manager but she was very young and unprofessional to say the least. She kept telling us to leave. I have tried repeatedly contacting the manager and the owner but have only gotten a response that she was waiting to hear from the owner and they would not give me his contact information. When I finally got the owners info, I emailed him and he has not responded. While you may not have thought you're party wasn't being loud, you were being disruptive to the show. Like a movie theater, any talking is distracting to people around you which is why we place several announcements in the slideshow and pre-show introduction to remind our guests that talking isn't allowed. The two parties nearest to you, in front of you and to your left mentioned to the server that your party was being disruptive. Your server first spoke to your group but when the talking didn't stopped, an usher approached your table about the noise. At this point is when your party became upset, and left the showroom on your own accord. After which someone from your group spoke to our Operational Manager in our box office. For approximately 5 minutes the Operational Manager spoke with this woman explaining that while you're not being punished, we have to ask people to keep it down if others in the showroom complain about the noise. Another one of your members starting yelling, which is when the Operational Manager asked for her to stop. The woman in your party refused and began yelling profanities and became confrontational with other guests in box office, at this point, the Operational Manager asked your party to leave the building. Your party refused to leave, forcing security to come an escort your entire group from the premises. Consumer Response I am not surprised to read the lies above. I am not going to go through all this trouble to speak to the owner, file multiple complaints, send several emails, if were were in the wrong. First of all, no server EVER told us to be quiet. Like I said, we were eating! We apologize if we were talking and disturbing anyone. If they werent on top of us, it would have been fine. We had no idea that we couldn't talk with each other. I thought we were at a comedy club, not a library. To see we were disruptive is completely untrue. It is untrue that anyone was yelling BUT the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and overreacted to the situation. Not one person used profanity and noone escorted us from the premises. We were forced to leave the inside and was waiting at the front of the building and the manager was yelling at us to wait in the dark parking lot and that is the only time we got upset with her. We all wrote emails to this establishment as well as the owner and were ignored. [redacted]. The truth!Final Business Response Ma'am, I'm truly sorry that you feel that your party was not in the wrong, but I can only go off the accounts given by the server, security, box office personnel, and the manager on duty. The camera footage from the box office of the incident collaborates their stories. You've made it very clear that you only wanted to speak with the owner which is why my responses to your emails were to just let you know that your email as well as accompanied surveillance footage was brought to his attention. Again, truly sorry that you feel like your party was singled out but we do our best to ensure that entire audience can enjoy the show with disruption.
