In April, Ms. [redacted]’s account was in delinquent status where she owed $161 for the March payment and $366.94 for the April payment. This information was communicated to Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] made numerous promises to pay (PTP). After the promises were not kept, and Ms. [redacted] was not communicating with us, the vehicle was recovered from her. We understand there was a confrontation between Mr. [redacted] and the recovery company. However, we do not know the specifics of the situation. Regarding the alarm system, the recovery company paid for the repairs of the alarm system. It is our understanding the alarm system is in good working order. The delay in providing the referral check was due to the owner being unavailable and out of town. The referral has been provided to the Jordan Mills.
