On February 24, 2016, I inquired with Goodrich Gourmet regarding catering services for my wedding reception on May 6, It was my understanding that I needed to send my order selections in order to bookAn email from Sheila M*** at Goodrich Gourmet on May 16, stated ‘Just send me your menu choices and we will get you on the tasting schedule’I responded stating that I would like a buffet style meal and Sheila’s response was that it would be cheaper if I chose from the plated meal selectionsSince it appeared that they would not provide buffet services, I needed some additional time to think about my menu choicesSheila and I spoke briefly in June 2016, but I did not respond with my menu selections until September 12, Sheila responded that they only had one slot available for my date and stated ‘Send me your selections and I’ll get them in for you right away!’ Once again, assuming Goodrich required menu selections in order to book, I sent over my selections right aw

act as notice of response to the above mentioned matter. We at Goodrich Gourmet
make it our mission to go above and beyond for our clients. The incident in
question did not happen the way that it is being presented. We have
documentation to...

prove the correspondence between our office and the
Complainant. We would be happy to present these documents if we felt that the
Revdex.com was working on our behalf, that being said, we would be more than happy to
use our documentation in a court of law to defend ourselves against these
slanderous claims. We would also like to state our dissatisfaction in the claim
that the Revdex.com can alter or edit our response.The Complainant did contact
our office, we did offer multiple options, all of which were not in the
Complainant’s budge. As the complainant clearly states in her statement to the
Revdex.com, she received a contract from our office, it is clearly stated in said
contract that to ratify the contract a security deposit is necessary. That being
said, the Complainant never produced the deposit, therefore, the date was not
saved.In closing, it is the
position of Goodrich Gourmet that this matter is baseless and should be treated
as such. As previously stated, we have documentation to provide such documentation
should litigation be necessary. Any further communication regarding this matter
shall be handled through counsel.
