I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] at [redacted] , was contacted by a woman from Allyson's Florist to fill my order for $60, and the woman gave her a personal credit card Also, I purchased an arrangement for $89.95, a $difference Someone is obviously lying If I need to put in another complaint please let me know I guess this becomes a "he says she says, but, with an F rating on Revdex.com, and bad ratings on YELP, who is telling the truth?

First, this guy is customer is an *** - yes, you can publish that as part of my response just as long as you show the following. He called of our female employees and told about us his non-delivery. She needed to gather some information from him such as who it was going to, an
order number, etc so she can locate it amongst the 1500+ orders we had during Mother's Day weekend. His response and I quote - "*** ***.....". He went on to use the F word at least six more times until she finally hung up on him. He than had his mother call and we could quickly see where his manner came from
In regards to the non-delivery issue. There is ZERO chance we would have guaranteed delivery on Sunday. We did not take any orders for Sunday. We told everybody that it was our intention to not have to deliver on Sunday and we would only do so if we couldn't get everything delivered on Friday/Saturday. We stopped taking orders for Mother's Day weekend on the Wednesday before. We did have many desperate customers that had called us on Fri and Sat to place an order. We told all of them that we could not guarnatee delivery but would try, otherwise it would have to be the following week
If this customer did not get his delivery, his credit card will be refunded in full. We do not keep anyone's money for something that wasn't delivered. We'll verify the non-delivery early next week and if not delivered, he will get a refund. His polite and mature attitude have put pretty much every other customer as a priority. That said, again, if non-delivery, he will get refunded within days of original purchase

So let me understand this complaint - from a florist that belongs to a wire service, the king of all Order Gathers - *** where they keep 27%, charge a fee on top of it resulting in less than 50%. Pot calling the Kettle Black
Here's an idea - if you don't want to fill an order, don't
take the order. Most florists and businesses do this. Don't take an order and than whine about it later
I did go and look into this specific order and found no calls or issues. I might have the wrong order - all we have to go off of is the name of the florist. It would help to get our order number, which we did provide to ***
Regarding the chargeback - we haven't heard anything from the customer we think they are referring to but yes, if we get a chargeback caused by poor service from ***, we will in turn deny their charge
Again, without further info (our order number), hard to comment

1/9/3:pm Telephone response from the company as follows: The company stated orders placed around this time had a disclosure.The company stated that consumers were told/made aware that due to the Christmas holiday they cannot guarantee style and substitutions would be made.The company
stated the notice said "if you cannot tolerate a substitution place your order for delivery on 12/or after"

Telephone response obtained as follows: The company stated they did not use a personal credit card for the order.The company stated the amount paid to the other company is incorrect.The company stated they describe exactly what the consumer ordered to the florist who's going to process the
order.The company stated if it is something drastically different than what was ordered, they do call the consumer
