First and foremost, I apologize for the “overdue” response to [redacted]’s complaint.  We have been on a “holiday” or “bad weather schedule” since Christmas.  This is the 2nd week in a row that we have had no changes in our schedule.  When there is a “holiday” (Christmas & New...

Year’s) or “bad” weather, we push the trash / recycling day back from a Thursday to a Friday.  These notifications are on our website, phone system and [redacted] tv.  The week in question, I was told by my driver that his trash was picked-up which took time to investigate.  I had found out later that we missed his trash and others in his development.  I had informed Warwick Twp. which is his local government that there was a disconnect in communication with my personnel.  The bottom-line is that I had given him credit for 1 day missed even before he complained to the Revdex.com which was done on 1/3/18 which was $5.78.  We have been on point ever since, and we have been serving him faithfully since 2006.  Attached is a copy of his records from 2017 to present. Always a pleasure…

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Shockingly though I have yet to receive the refund she said she was mailing last week.  I guess we'll see if it gets "lost" again.  Thanks for your help!

The following response is concerning the complaint filed by [redacted].  This complaint is from a former employee who took 2 toters without permission to be used at his home for personal use.  He removed the toters from my property.  We do not give these toters for free.  If...

our customer uses these toters (trash containers), I charge a rental fee of $5.00/month/container.  He would have owed me rental fees for 2 full years.  I asked for my property, and he destroyed them.  He painted over them and made them unserviceable.  The replacement cost is $75.00/container.  He paid for a year (2014) for $288.00 in advance then cancelled our service at the end of Jan ’14 which is when I asked for my property.  I sent him a bill for the damaged containers and rent for the toters.  According to my records, he owes me $196.18, and he’s asking for a refund of $42.00.  Let me know if you need a copy of his records with our service.  He basically stole my property and damaged it and he wants a refund.

Review: On December 3, 2013 a payment was mailed in the amount of $288.00. At that time, the current amount due was $72.00 to cover the months of October, November and December 2013 leaving a credit of $216.00 to my account. On January 27, 2014, I terminated services with the company. The company is charging me $150.00 for 2 trash cans. There are also 4 weeks in January for services which should total $24.00. With both issues taken into account I am due a refund amount of $42.00. The company is trying to claim I owe them $196.18. I did not receive all 4 weeks of service in January due to weather conditions. I have made contact with the company via phone and postal mail regarding this issue. I have tried to resolve this issue on my own, but they have not responded nor have they issued my money back to me.Desired Settlement: I want the money that is owed to me.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I was told to take the toters because my cans were destroyed by the company when they were picking up my garbage. Nothing was said to me about any fees or anything thing else. I did not steal the property. They toters were given to me as a replacement for my cans they destroyed. When I canceled my service they got angry and are trying to get more money than they are owed. They owe me my money, not the other way around.

Review: Last year, I purchased my first home and a few months after I closed on the home I received a bill from Good's Disposal for trash/recycling. I've never paid for trash service before as I've always rented so I paid it thinking it was my trash service for the new house. I then received my actual bill from the city for trash/recycling and realized I had made a mistake. Apparently, the former owners of the house have a storage unit somewhere that they use Good's Disposal for their trash removal. Realizing my mistake, I contacted the city to confirm that they are who I should be with and they confirmed that yes the city does service my address. I contacted Good's to let them know what happened and asked for a refund. I had obviously paid for a service that I am not receiving. I spoke with someone on the phone and have since sent over half a dozen emails asking for my money back. No one responds except the original woman I talked to who tells me that she can't help me but she's been forwarding my messages to the office manager to no reply. When I threatened to go to the Revdex.com about it, I then received a letter in the mail crediting my "account" the $72 I sent them. I contacted them again to tell them that they can't credit an account that doesn't exist and that I actually wanted my money back. Still no reply and no check. I have apologized profusely for the confusion as I just was confused and paid a bill that I thought went to my new property but still nothing from them. This has been going on since Oct 2013Desired Settlement: I would like my original payment of $72.00 returned to me. I paid for a service I don't receive and that someone else obviously pays for.
