I am beyond hurt and angry My year old has serious peanut and tree nut allergies He has been able to do a pine nut challenge This means that he may not be allergic to this one nut and has to eat them under the supervision of the physician and staff for hours This is complicated because my son, *** is allergic to other tree nuts Unfortunately, most nuts are processed in factories with other nuts so there is a risk for my child I found a couple of businesses who process only pine nuts therefore lessening the risk of reactions
The woman, *** *** does not answer her phone or respond to phone messages and or emails I had questions but it was almost impossible to reach this woman Finally she got back She never said that she had backorders up to weeks, never said she had an illness keeping her set back from doing business So I ordered Her sight had no trouble taking my credit card Said it would be processing shortly
No word for a week or two Tried
