[Your Answer Here]we do not have any contact anymore ,as they state we do .and I have to hire another lawyer as a result of this matter . so what would resolve this matter would be not to charge any fees for what is left of the bankrupsy's and that will be that . it's only fair since they backed out of a binding contract .

[Your Answer Here]     this matter is not closed . other attorneys are looking into the case to pick up the mess that was left of my dads case .the case was worked backwards .without revealing exact way and weitz and luxenburg know it.I have had new lawyer email the firm on Thursday September [redacted] and here it is October [redacted] 2016 and still no response .they do not care about there clients just how much money they get from the client . there is a court case coming up this month that they filed to get out of there contract with me and my wife regardless of what they are saying ...and are not even disclosing that so they are hiding the facts .and they are going to drag things out with the settlements until a judge excuses them from the case . and I have been advised not to communicate with them directly so how is it that they say they are my lawyers as they say when I have a mediator as a go between with me and them...
