Review: I purchased an item from this website and notcied something wasn't right after a few days went by. They charged me via PayPal but looking at the transaction on their website, there were strange things listed for the billing. I never received a confirmation email from the company and after a week, I attempted to contact them via email to find out why my order still said "pending." I attempted to contact them 2 more times but have still not received any coorespondance. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and am hoping for a refund.Desired Settlement: I am not confident that this site is a legal and legit site that delivers goods. I am requesting a full refund.

Review: I ordered a Hunter fan the company has never shipped it but yet they charge my credit card I have tried numerous times to contact them and they gave no response

no email from company about purchase to confirm payment??
no contact from company after the sale at all.
no shipping information was sent to me.
no way to contact business??
no item was ever sent.
a lot of web sites say they are a scam company never delivers products purchased.Desired Settlement: I do not want other people to go thru the same problem I went thru.
just want people to know to stay away from and do not buy from .

Review: I ordered a product off of their website on May [redacted] 2013, I received a confirmation e-mail the same day. It is May [redacted] 2013, I have not received the product, and according to their website, it is still "pending". I have emailed three times with no response, I have also called several times, left two messages, and no one has gotten back to me. I received no product and have had zero customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
