response because:The business is correct in stating that the bin was removed and the program has ended. We are not asking for anything additional. But it is important for the Revdex.com to know that the information we provided is in fact ACCURATE, and the bin was removed AFTER our complaint was filed. Additionally, a representative from the business came to our site and was very upset that we involved the Revdex.com. We are not requesting any further action from the Revdex.com, as resolution has been made with ending the program. Our only hope is that the business will take better care of its clients in the future.

Review: An agreement with Goodthrift Clothing Drive Fundraiser was signed in June 2015. We agreed to place an on site donation shed on our school property to raise funds for our student body.They agreed to pay us $1 per pound with clothing collected quarterly. In addition, if we signed up during a certain calendar period, and promised an extra $100 with our first check due to us in October. I have left numerous phonecalls and sent numerous emails between October and now. No one has returned my calls or email and we have not received any checks for the clothing from the donation shed.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to call me and generate a check for the clothing that has been donated at the rate of $1 per pound and the $100 sign up "bonus" promised.

Review: We entered into business with Goodthrift Fundraising to earn money through clothing recycling from local donors. From the beginning, the customer service has severely lacked. They proceeded with sign postings, equipment delivery and other issues not agreed upon/authorized by us. For the entire year of 2015, we did not receive payment for any of the recycling that we turned in, although the amount was well over $500. We finally received that payment, but we gave notice in January of 2016 that we wanted to end the relationship. Per the contract, 30-day notice is required to end business with this company. To date (3/30/2016), no responses have come from Goodthrift as to when they will pick up their clothing bin, and remove their signs from our property. This recycling bin needs to be removed immediately, so that people will stop putting clothes inside since we are not receiving payment anyway. The owner of this business has been grossly negligent on attending to business matters, responding to our requests, or confirming that he will in fact pick up the bin we no longer want on our property. We have sent a letter, stating that should he not pick up the bin by Friday, April 15th, we will dispose of it at his loss. We've been beyond accommodating for this issue.Desired Settlement: We want the business owner to respond to our requests, stop acting like there is no problem, and simply come and pick up the bin as we want to dissolve all business dealings with this company.
