I recently filed a claim for the first time Filing was simple, easy, & quick - minutes online - great! However, I played phone tag with the representative assigned to me for weeks I finally emailed her & it was days before she responded After my mechanic directly contacted Goodville, they sent someone to do an estimate However, Goodville did not contact me or send me a copy after they received the estimate They did not provide any info or help as to acquiring a rental car & having it billed to them, although that is covered in my policy The agent assigned to me is not friendly, pleasant, or helpful She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience

Terrible company with complete lack of honesty and integrity! Their client hit my car while she cut across a parking lot diagonallyThe evidence is clear in the damage to my carAnd there is a 3rd party wittness to itThey refused any photosTheir adjuster told us it was her faultHe also told the witness it was her faultFinally after weeks Goodville left me a voicemail denying the claim because their client lied about the location of the crashThey said they didn't believe any of the evidence! I requested a copy of the adjusters reportThey refused itThey are full of lies and secretive operationsThis company is not reasonable with returning calls eitherThey did not contact us for over a week the first timeVery, very poor treatment from a very, very bad business!

This insurance company is a complete joke and should not be in business. Their client hit my car and admitted fault from the get go which should have made things simple and the process speedy. I copied the 1st 2 lines of one of the other reviews because the same thing happen to me and then Goodville's claims adjuster wrote the estimate up for $2000 dollars lower than the lower of 2 bids that I went and got for them. Then they told me that my body shop people could negotiate with there adjusters. So I just turned into my insurance company and let them go after them. But if I had not had full coverage this would have been a much bigger problem.

I finally emailed her & it was 5 days before she responded. After my mechanic directly contacted Goodville, they sent someone to do an estimate. However, Goodville did not contact me or send me a copy after they received the estimate. They did not provide any info or help as to acquiring a rental car & having it billed to them, although that is covered in my policy. The agent assigned to me is not friendly, pleasant, or helpful. She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience.

This insurance company is a complete joke and should not be in business. Their client hit my car and admitted fault from the get go which should have made things simple and the process speedy. WRONG!!!!!! The first of two adjusters they sent to look at my car got in to my car without my permission and swore at me and said he didn't have to be there when I questioned him, the people 1st Goodville lied to my insurance company saying they had spoken to me when they hadn't. It took over a month to get my car fixed and they refused to pay the complete cost of my rental.
