Yes we spoke to the customer and apologizedOne of our third party repo agents out of the blue knocked her door without our authorization, not a lot we can do about that but still we took responsibility for it and apologizedAlso when loans are paid off or charged off we send out a letter of final accountingBecause she settled for less than the full amount owed Goodwill Finance took a small lossBecause of that her account got thrown in by mistake with other accounts who were to receive letters explaining the lossAgain I apologized to her and explained the mistakeBecause her account was in Bankruptcy we messed up how her loan should have been flaggedIt was a very rare honest mistakeWe apologize that two very rare things happened to the same account
