The credit is reported correctly, the customer was indeed late more than days. When you are late more than days even once that will show up on your credit as days late even if you pay the account as agreed and pay the loan offThose are the credit reporting lawsSee attached copies

Our company received a complaint from *** *** who has a loan with us on a Acura RL. *** Claims “ My payment is $a month they keep charging more and threatening to repossess when
I’m not even days past due. They are rude and don’t help their customers. They are a horrible company.”
Ms*** has had six $late fees because well, she has been late on her payment more than days six times. She’s only had the loan for nine months and has been late out of months. Beyond that, two separate months Ms*** did not have active insurance coverage on her vehicle therefore putting the loan in jeopardy and termination status. Not to mention illegally driving without insurance putting others in danger. Any loan that does not have insurance can be put up for repossession at our discretion
We have attempted to make contact with *** over times in regards to her account, we should never have to call a customer that many times. What that does tell me is that we have been patient the last months trying to work with her and help her make her payments and get insurance on the vehicle

Yes we spoke to the customer and apologized. One of our third party repo agents out of the blue knocked her door without our authorization, not a lot we can do about that but still we took responsibility for it and apologized. Also when loans are paid off or charged off we send out a letter of final...

accounting. Because she settled for less than the full amount owed Goodwill Finance took a small loss. Because of that her account got thrown in by mistake with other accounts who were to receive letters explaining the loss. Again I apologized to her and explained the mistake. Because her account was in Bankruptcy we messed up how her loan should have been flagged. It was a very rare honest mistake. We apologize that two very rare things happened to the same account.

The $3 charge is being refunded to your bank, it takes some time especially with the holiday weekend. In the future please feel free to call our office and speak to any of us personally. We're a small local company not some huge bank.  We apologize for any incovnenciee the $3 fee mistake may have caused.

I am rejecting this response because:Alenjandro and staff are a bunch of incompetent is. They have the proof and they know they are wrong! Their notes refer to me as “this guy” should say how they conduct themselves and how they represent themselves. They have no respect for the laws that govern them and the department of Finance will expose them for the crooks they are!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  First off, I did contact Goodwill Finance via email, which they have promptly responded to every time I've emailed them in the past, but still at this moment have not responded to me with what they claim was a mistake.  And if they have "corrected the mistake", then why hasn't the overcharge been refunded by now, Tuesday September 6.  When the money is refunded and I see the next billing cycle withdrawn correctly, then, and only then, will I accept the mistake corrected, like anyone would.Sincerely,[redacted]

We made over 100 calls to this customer in regards to their account over the history of the loan majority of which went un answered. We have gone above and beyond.
