Defects in the concrete started to show prior to the year anniversary of its installation The contractor that installed it came out to look at it at around the month point Around the year point the 1st of representatives from Bestway concrete & aggregate did a site visit and basically said not their problem and offered a few absurd possibilities as to what caused the problem like freezing (not likely in July) too much water in the mix, other weather factors, etcAfter that it took a while to get a 2nd representative here He said my contractor should work with his sales rep to follow up to see what might be done about it After that I got nowhere with Bestway or the contractor or the Bestway sales rep The sales rep @ Bestway refused to talk to me At the year anniversary the driveway is approaching 50% defective A significant portion of the top surface has flaked / scaled off The driveway looks much worse than the year old concrete driveway that it replaced
