To whom it may concernThis is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] , a shopper at Goodwill NNE’s [redacted] , Maine storeMs [redacted] was not aware of our change in our Club Goodwill program made on October 1, She was mistakenly denied a 10% discount of her purchase on Friday, October I spoke with Ms [redacted] on Monday, October after receiving her callMs [redacted] was offered an apology, which she acceptedIn addition, I offered her a 10% Discount on her purchase, as well as a $Goodwill Gift Card as a way of thanking her for bringing this matter to our attentionI personally met with the Supervisor who made the error and coached her regarding Customer ServiceMs [redacted] stopped at our [redacted] store this week and met with our Store ManagerShe was given her gift card and the correct discount on her purchaseThe complaint has been resolvedThank you [redacted] SrDirector of regional SalesGoodwill NNE

Friday, October 21. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] on Monday, October 23 after receiving her call. Ms. [redacted] was offered an apology, which she accepted. In addition, I offered her a 10% Discount on her purchase, as well as a $20.00 Goodwill Gift Card as a way of thanking her for bringing this matter to our attention. I personally met with the Supervisor who made the error and coached her regarding Customer Service. Ms. [redacted] stopped at our [redacted] store this week and met with our Store Manager.
