our managers, Amy and her refusal to return items purchased at another store location and the demeanor with which this transaction was handled. I assure you that this complaint will be addressed with the management team. At this time, I would like to address your returns and the status of those that you were attempting to return at that store location.  If you would please contact me regarding this, I would appreciate it. RESPONSE FROM AMY the Site Leader at Pebble Creek Goodwill store location: I do recall this return, the customer is known for doing these types of returns form another store and I believe that she followed our new Manager from her old store, most of her returns were very questionable but were still done, the only returns that were denied were the ones that she didn't have receipt for or the item was on a receipt that was expired. She never was spoken to about tampered tags. She became very aggravated as soon as I walked up and stared helping with the return, she didn't want me involved at all. She also did not have anyone with her. She tries to come across vey intimidating so that she gets what she wants. I at no time was rude to her or made any type of  comment leading  her to think that I thought the tags were tampered with. She had about 40 receipts with her and all of them were paid with using a return card. I did speak with my manager about her and told her to watch her returns, but I never told my manger to deny her returns, when I spoke to my manger it was done in the office and after the customer  had left.  We are talking about trash bags full of clothes that she was returning and only maybe 2 items were denied.  Sincerely,  Karen M.
