To Whom It May Concern, After receiving the complaint from [redacted] ***, I [redacted] General Manager of Executive Kia called a meeting with my sales manager, service manager and sales consultant involved in the referenced transaction The results were that although we did hear from [redacted] after she purchased the car about a couple complaints, she ended up bringing the car to a [redacted] dealer since the vehicle was still under factory warranty While the vehicle was at the [redacted] dealer the their service department called our service manager [redacted] to explain there was an issue with the brakes that was not covered under warranty [redacted] gathered the information and touched base with me on the situationOur decision was to take care of the car for [redacted] but for us to do the work since we were not comfortable with what [redacted] wanted to charge When our service manager called [redacted] to say we were going to get the car towed to us so we can handle the issue he was told never mind because [redacted] bought a new car We did not hear from [redacted] or [redacted] again so we assumed she traded the car in like we were told A week or two later I received a call from the bank [redacted] financed her [redacted] with asking questions because she had called them to ask for the [redacted] to be voluntarily repossessedI never had any phone calls from [redacted] so I am not sure why she would say we were not responding to her callsAs our history shows we are always willing to help in unfortunate situations to keep our customers happy but we were not given the opportunity in this casePlease feel free to contact me with any further questions [redacted] General Manager Executive Kia Case Id - [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, Ms [redacted] and I have spoken numerous times in regards to the issues she has had on the [redacted] *** she purchased from us back in February with 92,miles on it The vehicle in mention has been to our service department a few times over the past few months for different issues Each time we have supplied Ms [redacted] with transportation and have fixed the concern at no cost to her The vehicle was last in our service department on 11/26/and now has 106,miles on it.Although we understand the frustration from Ms [redacted] , we have done everything possible to help At one point we were trying to help Ms [redacted] get into anothervehicle but were unable to do so due to the credit situation at hand During our last conversation, Ms [redacted] had mentioned she may be able to get a co-signer to help her get into another vehicle.I also gave Ms [redacted] my cell phone number and told her she could call me at anytime if she has any further issuesI have not heard from Ms [redacted] since that dayPlease feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns [redacted] Executive Kia###-###-#### [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: That is so not true the day my brakes went out weeks after having the car I called *** and left him a voice message were I was irate because I could of easily hurt my passengers and some else if I was not for good drivingThat was Sunday June 29, I called back again the next day Monday June 30, to find out if they were going to come get my car and fix the problem the guy on the phone at Executive Kia told me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to take the care to a *** dealershipI brought the car to Key *** and told them I had to be to work if there was any way I could get a loaner car and leave the car to be fixed, which they had none availableI sat in the dealership waiting for a response from Executive Kia they wanted pictures which they got but still refuse to pay $new part or $used partMy car was still under the warranty on my papers prove where I purchaed with Executive the parts covered was Engine, Transmission, Drive Axle Brakes and with brakes master wheel cylinder assist booster and CalipersThe Calipers from the passenger side rear was missing the top bolt causeing the Caliper to slide open and the Priston to come losing all brake fluidSo for them to say it was not under warranty is a lie I have the papers to prove itThe car had a service recall in which Exective never fixed but still sold the car knowing the car was faultyThey were hostile to the people over at Key *** and refused to return there phone calls after several attempts or put me in a rentalI went ahead and purchased a different car because the car was inoperable it had to be towed back to the house cause it was not drivablewhich it sat until they came and repossed the car, the same way they have to get to work is the same way I have to make my bread and butterI was not happy I had to get a new car but what am I do sit and wait for a Company after hours of waitingThey refuse to fix my car and I refuse to pay for a car that does not work so I called *** and told them to get they car which I played cat and mouse to get the TittleI went up to Executive because *** told me they would have my tittle got there and ask to speak to a Manager other than *** *** he was just rude all the way around and told me I had buyer's remorse (LOL) I was greeted to *** CorriveauI told him I called you about my car and you refuse to call me back to see if I was ok he was like he tried called me now I have my phone records and I can prove no one from Executive called me to have my car fix or see if I was OK or apologizeThe only phone call I got was when they wanted their dealer plates back and told me if I did not return them and the police pull me over and the car would show up stolenI have every save voice mail from *** as well that's the most they ever called meWas told it was a Dmv issue from *** so I just would wait nothing about the *** can we help make the situation betterSo therefore I am rejecting the resolve the response made By Executive Kia

To Whom It May Concern, Once again I personally have not heard from *** since we last spoke in my officeWhen we last spoke she did make mention of a noise coming from underneath the vehicleI did in fact say to her if there was a safety issue we would take care of it for herWhen she came to have the vehicle inspected our service department found the struts to be noisy but not a safety issue. I do also know she had an issue with the window in the past but we never denied helping to fix that issueAs with all our customers we have been and will continue to be accommodating in the futureI can be reached at ###-###-#### if you would like to discuss this matter further *** *** **

After reviewing both complaints we have found that the information given is different in both. The first complaint states the problem occurred on 6/23/2014 while the last complaint states it occurred on
6/29/2014. The real issue at hand is Executive Kia was never given the ability to resolve the complaint.  When we returned the [redacted] dealerships call the same day she brought the vehicle in for service
we were told not to worry because she purchased a new vehicle.  We were never contacted again.  Our goal when making that phone call was to have the vehicle towed back to us and for us to fix the issue.
Both at zero cost to the customer.  The fact that [redacted] decided to purchase a new vehicle and have the [redacted] voluntarily repossessed was a choice on her part.  Please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####

To whom it may concern,I continue to have issues with my car. Since purchasing the car, it had made a noise, that no one has taken care of. When bringing car the last time for service, I had once again mentioned it and it was  ixed. When speaking to the service manager he stated to me that it was the struts and that the extended warranty did not cover it. When speaking to [redacted] the general manager he stated to me that he was gonna make sure the car is fixed so that I have no more issues with it. Also my right passenger window will not go up, only when its controlled by the driver side. I have put a good amount of money down for the car, when he mentioned about putting me in another car I thought that deposit was going to be used towards another vehicle, but because it wasn't I was denied by the bank, that's why I mentioned co signer. This car is not reliable for my family. Too many repairs have been made to this vehicle and the issues continue to happen. Struts are still a problem. It was said that they were not a safety issue, and window still a problem. [redacted] said he would take care of us, but it seems like now, he's just ignoring the continuous problems.

Review: I purchased my vehicle from Goodwin auto under the impression that the only thing wrong with the car was it needed lifters. I purchased the car 1 week and 2 days ago for 4400, the next day the check engine light came on, I took it to a mechanic and they told me the engine was about to lock up BC of the oil pressure and I would need a brand new engine. I took it back and he was very rude and has been giving me the run around about buying a new engine for the truck.Desired Settlement: I would like him to pay for the engine and also the labor cost.
