complaint I received from the Revdex.com in regards to a MrRichard ***; ID # ***He is claiming that Treehouse Apartments "took" his fees unlawfully and that we need to refund them back to himMr*** falsified his application several times and was ultimately declined due to Rental History and Civil Court JudgmentsIn his letter to the Revdex.com he states that in the middle of the application process he stated that he no longer was interested in the apartment, but that is completely falseHe read over the Roscoe "Statement of Leasing Policies and Selection" and signed the 2nd pageHe also wrote "NA" on the Application Form under the "Rental/Criminal History" sectionAfter my Assistant Manager accepted his signed paperwork, pay check stubs and two money orders totaling $we screened his credit and criminal background to which he failedPlease find the attached legend for all of the documents provided per the request of the Revdex.comAll of the pertinent information is highlighted in yellow for your review: A. Rental Application from the TAA signed by Mr*** via Electronic Signature B. Back of Rental Application with the Acknowledgment section C. Mr***'s electronic signature of the Acknowledgment section D. Statement of Leasing Policies signed and dated by Mr*** E. Denial letter from RentGrowInc dba Yardi Resident Screening F. Property Screening Result for Mr***- on the side states the reason he was rejected G. Rental history Information that has the amount of debt Mr*** owes a property H. The Online Application in Yardi- where Mr*** selected "NO" under Eviction area I. The Judgement that was filled on Mr*** resulting in the rejection There were several areas in the application paperwork that Mr*** could have documented his negative credit/ rental historyHe put "NA" in a few places as well as he selected "NO" on the online
